Blind spot trailer selection frozen

Any time I connect my cargo trailer it recognizes there is a trailer attached. Comes up option to select trailer type. The screen locks up, cannot select or exit screen. When I attach my fifth wheel, it doesn’t do this, works fine. Anyone else having this problem? 2024 Ram 3500 Longhorn.

I have this problem on my 2025 2500 Ram, but not everytime.
Sometimes when I connect my trailer, this message comes up, and I can't select anything. The only way that I can get rid of it is to stop and turn off the truck. Usually when I start again, it goes away. It shows back up about every 5th time while my trailer is connected.
