What packages have blind spot? About to order a 3500 srw to pull 37 foot fifth wheel. My brother has a 2500 laramie with what seems to be all the bells and whistles and we can't get blind spot to work or isn't part of the truck. 82k sticker truck... surely it is on there? has the safety package and the 12 inch screen etc.

Also air suspension or not.? will it help daily driving be smoother??

Let me know what you think

Thanks

Yes rear air helps daily driving in my opinion. I’m thinking blind spot comes standard on a limited, it’s a $545 a la carte option on a Laramie. I ordered my Laramie 12/28 and it wasn’t available to add at that time, due to chip shortage. Depending on when the truck was built it probably doesn’t have it. It’s not under towing tech group or safety group B. Under build and price it’s at the bottom as a stand alone option.

As stated the blind spot on Laramies has been hard to come by the last 6 months.

I believe early October was the last time you could order one with BSM.

Love the air ride in my 2500. With the right tire pressure the ride is ALMOST as good as my 2011 FX4 with the 4 corner Bilstien kit. I drove both extensively before ordering and I did perceive a difference. Glad I got it.

I also like to that you can drop the bed a a couple inches down for loading and unload things into the bed, or make it easier to hook up a trailer.

I’m going to be puller a TT so the self leveling aspect was a big selling point for me.

If the truck has BSM it will be in the Uconnect settings screen and the mirrors will have the ⛛ symbol in them.

My blind spot refuses to do it's thing if I tell it we have a fifth wheel hooked up..... So "maximum" is what I use. Works.

a fully optioned laramie is only a few thousand cheaper than a limited, so may as well get the limited, then you will get your blindspot and cross path standard! Also get the nicer interior, headlights that turn with your steering wheel, led turn signals, and the nicer grill!

That’s what I did. I don’t even think the difference was $2000.

Couldn’t be happier I did.

I like the grill of the Laramie better, and the interior of limited is nice but not my taste. My Laramie is loaded, and prefer it that way over the limited. We only offered that I wanted that I cannot get was BSM and cross path. I can live without them.
