Black divider/bed extender hookup

The other day I tried putting the bed extender on my truck to haul some longer stuff and realized I'm missing the hookup for it. Is this an option I have to buy? Seems weird they wouldn't include it.

For the bottom two holes - 68054997AB (Grommet, pivot joint)
For the top two holes - 68054996AA (Handle, swivel release)
