Bilstein 4600 or 5100 for heavy tow application?

I am 76 and still turning wrenches. On my own stuff only. Although the turning part is starting to hurt a bit. LOL

Takes longer to recover for sure.

I did the bearings on my boat trailer a few weeks ago and was sore for 3 days. LOL. Doing it on the ground probably didn't help but it would have taken me longer to clear workspace on the messy half-a$$ bench I have.

I have a friend who is a very highly trained and rated technician for the another brand who also tows restored cars across the the country for personal clients. His thought is it's highly desired on tow rigs to use shocks with remote reservoirs to help keep the shocks from overheating. I had already blown the seals on rear shock on my dually so i gone the 5100 route, maybe should have gone 5160 on his advise.

For the fronts i later went fox 2.0. Similar specs and pricing to 5160 but the hanger for the remote reservoir is included.

All have performed great so far mostly towing a heavy 5'er
