Biggest tire with 2" Level

I have a 2019 2500, 2" Thuren coil spring Level in the front. Wheels are TIS 544bm, 20x9 with +18 Offset. I currently have 35x12.50R20's on the truck, but it's time to replace them. I would almost like to find something a little taller than the 35x12.50's as sometimes I think they look a little too small to fill in the huge wheel wells that the Ram 2500's have. I have considered 295/65/R20's as they are a little taller, but they are also slightly thinner and run a little less wide than 12 inches. Would love to run 37's, but everything I'm reading so far suggests that they will rub slightly and require a little trimming, and I don't want to cut anything. Anyone run 325/60R20's?
Looking for any other ideas if anyone has any.

You might be able to get away with 37s without trimming if you have a 2" lift. I have 37s and am at stock height and had very little trimming to do and my wheels have the exact offset that you do. My brother has a stock height power wagon (about 1.5" taller then my truck) and is running 37s on +27mm offset wheels and he had to do zero trimming. I have BFG KM3s on my truck and he has Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs

On my Hemi, the 2" front coil made for easy clearance of 37x12.50R18s on my 18x9 +18. I drilled a small hole in the bottom lip of the plastic liner (not visible) and ziptied back the liner to the body mount.
My 37's measure just 35" installed.
