BFG t/a KO2/3 tires

36k on my stock 285/65R20 Duratracs. They've been great with 15k miles towing and 10k aired down rough offroad, but they are getting worn down a bit. Not sure what that guy is doing to his trucks to break everything. Maybe he's friends with that Whistlin' Diesel guy.

Unless the Duratrash tires are COMPLETELY different from 2017 to when you guys bought yours, which could be the case. I had all of them have multiple flat tires under 15K. I looked at a set on a Rebel the other day, and they at least still had what I call the Alligator skin between lugs. Most of my flats were rocks getting under those little flaps. But the belts were hard and fragile like glass, and if a side wall even looked at anything it was ripped open. And everyone else was getting non stop flats at the time. I was once parked next to a Hyundai RENTAL STREET CAR changing 2 flats( one repair) on a gravel road, talk about embarrassing, his cheap street tires were fine. The tires were so bad, even if they have made changes not sure I could take the risk. I do drive off road every single day to my house, which could be part of what's different for me. Subarus last a few years in our neighborhood before being completely worn out needing a ground up rebuild for instance.

Duratracs recently were changed and added a 3 ply sidewall and are now being made in Brazil instead of USA. I myself have never had a problem with them other than they get noisier as they wear down.

You must live up a mountain in South America. They've been putting Duratracs on PowerWagons for years and no one complains, and they've been popular in the Jeep world since the tires came out a little over 20 years ago. What on earth would wear out on a Subaru needing a "complete rebuild"?

Nope...he's just a grumpy person that complains about everything on a PW and Duratracs...I live on a Dirt road and drive mostly dirt roads and have no issues.
