Just bought a new Ram today after years in a Ford. Is there a good place to buy parts online that doesn't try to rip you off with high freight charges? I did a quick search and there are many sites that advertise Mopar parts but when you go to check out their good price becomes bad real fast.

Shop around a bit and find a couple with close total pricing parts+shipping. Unless you're buying direct from a dealer off ebay, all this stuff is fulfilled from regional distribution centers anyway. The higher volume they have, the better deals you're going to get.

Then drop some items in your cart, either create an account or get through enough they have your email and then leave. Wait and watch your email for a discount code to return and complete the order.

P.S. Shipping on big bulky items is usually always high. Floor mats, fender flares, etc.

What kinds of parts? Do your due diligence and order away, paying particular attention to return/refund policies.

It really depends on what you are looking for. When I bought my 2019 3500 there were not a lot of parts out there. One reason was the 3500 was late because of engineering issues. Things like fender flares, and steps didn’t fit. Also I had to wait almost a month for a new front bumper to replace the one damaged in shipping.
At the time I ordered a new set of transmission lines online for the 2007 2500. Best price with shipping was Bayside Dodge, Bayside NY. They have a online store and were half the price of my local dealer. Sometimes I think it just depends on what’s not moving.

Brutal gave you the best advice.
