Bed step

I have a 2019. Purchased in June. I am still waiting on my bed step. I call FCA they tell me its probably still on backorder they were not sure. They said I am getting one but could not tell me when they said i will get a letter.
I been reading how people have got them
Are others still waiting?
Is something wrong here?

I have a 2020 that I ordered with the bed step. Sometime last year the bed step was recalled. I think it was something to do with a defective bracket. It took about four months for the dealer to get the replacement. So yea it probably is still on backorder.

Get your money back and order the Mopar step from one of the online dealers. I bought mine from gollingcdjr on ebay since they had free shipping. Easy to install. P/N 82215842AG
