Didn't see either of those mentioned in your original post (all I saw was made in US + Rambox + Tonneau), but you are correct.

Nuthouse comes in three available height's, but adding a headache rack of sorts would be a custom add-on.

And Dethloff keeps theirs lower to not affect the visibility from the CHMSL, though they don't mention anything specific about modifications.

There are some advantages to having a high mount rack (mainly bed space), but some serious drawbacks compared to a mid level rack with a lower profile. Consider your options carefully.

Mopar is making one that will be out next year. and its adjustable in height.

And today I learned that they call beds “tubs” down under.

Hadn’t heard about Mopar introducing one but that’d be great.
