Waiting on my 3” Radius Arm kit to arrive from BDS. Has the 2” block for the rear. It’s a 2023 3500 DRW 4wd Cummins. Putting 37s under it.

Truck doesn’t have Snow Plow Prep coils stock so it sits a bit lower in front. I’m curious if a 1” block will be all I’ll need after all.

Was going to do the 4” however that’s where the reindexing and driveline spacers and lowering the Xfer Case come in. Don’t want to get involved in any of that.

Anyone running this set up and if so any feedback? Got the Fox 2.0s and the Fox Single Special Steering Stabilizer (which I’ve heard great things about) as options.

If you’re running this and have pics please share.

Thanks!

I am not running this setup, I am running the Carli 3.25 backcountry with add a pack but I do agree with you assessment regarding going with the BDS 4” and reindexing and all that goes with it. Not worth if for the extra ~ 1”

Not sure if this helps or not but I did 3.25” up front and 2” in the rear and the truck sits pretty much level…

Thanks man. Truck looks great. Out of curiosity did you have the Snowplow Prep option on the truck previously and do you remember what the rake difference was (dif between rear and front) before installing the Carli? Is yours a 4th Gen? On my ‘23 DRW I don’t have the snowplow prep (more robust front coils) and the difference in measured take is almost 3”. Im just nervous that a 3” kit and a 2” block rear will put it higher in the air but with the rake still. Thuren is big on doing actual measurements by model for their leveling kit for this reason or variances by models and options. I just want my 37 tire top at the recessed belt line of the truck. When it’s above that it looks squeezed in my opinion.

It’s been covered in the past, but the snow plow prep group doesn’t change the front springs or ride height.

The only measurable ride height differences are 4x4, 4x2, and with or without air suspension.

Unfortunately I didn't take the measurements before. I do have the snow plow prep group. The pic in my signature is my 2014 3500. The one I am talking about now is a 2023 3500 limited. With the 3.25" front and the 2" in the rear sits level. Those are 37s on 20x9 +20 offset. no rub at all with no trimming but if I put my husky mud flaps on it is very close but that is due to the design of the mud flap and how they go over the pinch weld. I am looking at mud flap options...I like the look with out them but it makes a mess..

Anyone know where I can find out what changes were made to the 2023 model year of the 3500 in terms of suspension, etc. BDS says some changes were made however cant find the info anywhere?

And latest update..Cancelled the BDS order and ordered the Carli 3.25. When I pushed BDS they wouldn’t tell me what’s changed and just would give me “we won’t support the kit installed on a 2023”. Well then stop advertising it as a 2019+ and start advertising it as a 2019-2022 then.

Really feeling good about the Carli. One thing I learned is the Add a leaf and/or plus 1” block does NOT work on Dually models. A 2” block that will accommodate the UBolts for the Dually is only option other than the complete spring pack that has the 2” lift built into it.

Thanks to all who have contributed. Hopefully this will be a resource for those in the market in the near future. You def get what you pay for in this market, there is no free lunch.

Carli and CJC support second to none.
