I recently purchased a Banks Pedal Monster, part no. 64310, and installed it on my 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horn with the 6.4L HEMI engine.

Installing the Banks Pedal Monster was a refreshingly smooth experience. The instructions provided on the Banks website are clear, concise, and easy to follow—ideal for DIYers who appreciate straightforward guidance. Physical installation of the throttle controller took just 15 minutes, and the required firmware update was completed quickly without hassle.

Calibration and performance tuning through the Banks app was intuitive and user-friendly. I initially selected the Sport mode at Level 6, which delivered a noticeable boost in throttle response. After the first test drive, I dialed it back to Level 4 for a more balanced feel. One particularly useful feature is the Speed Trim setting, which I adjusted to reduce pedal sensitivity below 10 MPH. This tweak will make a big difference when towing or navigating stop-and-go traffic, offering smoother starts without sacrificing responsiveness.

Overall, the Banks Pedal Monster is a well-designed, highly effective tool for customizing throttle behavior to suit your driving needs. Whether you're looking for sharper acceleration or more refined control in low-speed situations, it delivers with precision and ease.

This is the response I got from Banks today after inquiring about avilability for '25 6.4:

Hi, thanks for messaging us. In ’25 RAM introduced CAN FD, a high-speed CAN network like GM’s Global B and Ford Global. Our electrical engineering firmware team is working on firmware to communicate with this new system. Without updated firmware, we cannot enable our Reverse Safety feature for PedalMonster or vehicle parameters in iDashPro. As of now, it's expected to drop this winter.

Not surprised at all by that message. It takes a while for the aftermarket to work through the development and having the firmware can be critical to success.
