Called Banks this morning to find out when the covers for 2019 and newer trucks with the 12 inch ring gear would be available. They just got them in so she took my order. About 7 days to ship. Want this for servicing ease. Not concerned about fluid temperature. Not showing as available on their website. Just call them to order. Just an FYI.

Nice, thank you for this. I signed up on their website a few months ago to be notified when they were available, and still haven't gotten an email. I will call them in the AM.

I signed up every time I was on their site. It does say to call for availibility in small letters. Figured I would call and take a chance. Also noticed the price increase effective today but still 395 when I checked. Just under the wire I guess. LOL

Ordered mine a couple of weeks ago via phone. Got an email a few days ago saying the order was in process of being filled.

Just got off the phone with them trying to order one....talked to some know it all cheese d!¢k who was a waste of oxygen....maybe I'll call back later and hope I get somebody else....

Ordered mine about 40min ago with out issue. Just need to see if my truck has a rear sway bar since I honestly have never looked. If it does their are spacers that are an additional $39.

Called back and got the same dumb@$$....at least it got ordered....

Do you have rear air suspension? If so you probably don't have the sway bar....mine doesn't....

Why not just put on the AEV cover?

IMHO, The banks is all smoke and mirrors and marketing hype as is usual for Gale Banks.
You should watch the testing videos...pretty cool stuff....should keep you busy for a couple hours....and the aev doesn't work on DRW trucks...

Had one on my 2003. Liked the way it was made. I bought it primarily for ease of servicing including the OEM capacity over the factory cover. Everyone is entitled to an opinion; this is mine.

what is unique about the DRW covers? Thanks in advance.

to not have to pull the whole cover off for fluid changes seems like it would be worth $400 to some people. i am considering one. the air scoop and heat sink and fluid flow stuff seems ambitious, but i dont really care. i hate messes. this is one less mess. there is value in that.

Just an educated guess here but the srw probably uses the 11.5" ring where the dually uses the 12"....aev didn't make their cover large enough on the inside to fit both like Banks did....last time I checked the differences was when I had a Ford...the srw was 10.5" to the DRW 11.25"....

interesting that they would make the cover and not allow 1/4” extra clearance.
