Just joined to get more clarification on my 2022 2500. Put on Banks CAI, Ram Horn and boost tubes. Getting the code intermittently about the air flow in EGR. My question is, can the Dealer help out and do something to the computer to accept the new rate of flow?

No. You will chase that overboost code forever. I would remove the CAI - or just clear the code and ignore it.

It happens to me occasionally I clear it and it’s fine. Maybe 3 time in 4 years of owning the truck

I had a Banks CAI and no other mods. I got a CEL every time I was at full throttle. It would go away after about 100 miles of calm driving.
I eventually took it off. I spoke with Banks about it and they're aware of the problem. They said there's really no way to know how a particular vehicle will react to it. Some vehicles suffer from the CEL more than others.
They did say that their software will remedy it, but that's an unknown when it will be available, if ever.
Great customer service from them though!

After putting on the air horn, I got a code, but can't remember if it was that one or another. I found that I hadn't fully tightened 2 of the 4 screws holding on the egr valve, so I did have a boost leak. After tightening that and erasing code, a couple days later I got it again and it turned out there was a problem with the egr valve, so it got replaced under warranty and haven't had an issue since. Researching it, another guy talked to Banks and it is possible to plug in 2 different cables in to the wrong plugs, so you might want to double check that when you plugged things back in, it is to where it was supposed to go.

So did everybody realize an increase in pulling power and more or less mpg?
