B&W companion with round gooseneck?

So I had the B&W turnover installed in my 2010, but I just got a 2019 with 5th wheel/gooseneck prep. Is there an adaptor that I can get so I can use my companion and not have to buy a new $1200 hitch?

You can order just the B&W base for the puck system, and keep your hitch head.
