My brother got this for his Ram 1500. Does anyone know if this would work on a 2019 Power Wagon?

I wasn't sure if there were any differences

I would have to guess no. The 2019+ Rams (5th gen 1500, 4.5 gen HD) are a different diameter than the previous generations. I'd also guess that the listed 2009-2020 is incorrect on the packaging and it wouldn't fit properly on a 2019 nor 2020 1500 either.

I don't have a 1500 handy to measure/compare, so just going by the research I did when I considered the AJT and JGR options.

This does not slip over the old one it replaces it if im not mistaken

That is my assumption as well. Just like the ones from AJT Design and JGR. But if you use a larger diameter knob from prior generations, I'd assume at a minimum, it would rub the chrome ring that surrounds the knob, but may also prevent it from seating fully or worse.
