Auxiliary Battery install on 2021 PW

I searched high and low to capture someone else's learnings but couldn't find anything. Maybe this helps someone who wants power for a fridge and accessories when off grid for an extended period of time. I use an ARB dual compressor and an Elements fridge that has yet to be shifted over from my old Silverado.

Didn't have room under the hood for both the 2nd battery and the compressor so I had to take them both to the rear of the truck since the air compressor needs the full draw of the battery nearby.

Decided to put it inside my Leitner box attached to aluminum plates.

Had a rats nest of wires to deal with between the wiring from the battery, fuse block, red arc power management system, with a trio wire run to the fuse for the rear seat heater and the compressor.

Professional grade not professional fit an finish. But it is functional. Shocked I didn't have to do all kind of electrical trouble shooting. Once everything was connected, it powered flawlessly and isolates the starting battery so it won't runs down when lounging campside for days.

Next step will be installing the alu-cab tilt slide and the fridge.

That fridge mount. If mounted directly to the bed and at the rear would it allow for the fridge to be pulled out and drop below the tailgate? Hopefully that question makes sense.

I'm have an alucab tilt slide. The front edge rests on the front of the tail gate when deployed.

No, it slides a few inches further but less than the tailgate depth.

Been wondering if you can fit a lithium battery in the floor compartment and mount all the Redarc gear behind and under the back seat without doing a delete. Would try it out myself but my new PW is only 3 months.
