I'm about to finish up the install of my aux switches, and one of the things I plan to add is some street legal aux driving lights. I'd like to use one of the aux switches to control them, but not just simple on/off. What I want is to have them powered on when I turn the switch on the first time, then if I turn them off and on again I want them powered if the high beams are on, cycling back and forth between "on" and "on with high beams" each time I turn the switch off and back on.
I don't want to just have it always powered buy the high beams, or on if the switch is on because I also want a full off condition, regardless of what the high beams are doing. I could accomplish this using two aux switches, but that just seems like a huge waste.
I can get the high-beam trigger from my VSIM, so that's a simple input.
Any thoughts?
