Auto Level with Weight Distribution

For those that have a 3500 with auto level and tow a TT using a weight distribution hitch, how did you setup your WD. I'm coming from a 2500 w/o auto level and my TT is pretty much setup for that. I'm trying to setup the TT for the 3500 and not sure how to set it up with an auto level. The RAM manual states the truck must be running and on Normal or Alternate ride height (I get error stating about payload not enough when setting this). The weight distribution states that the truck's auto level must be disabled before proceeding to setup.
 
My opinion (this is the internet, after all) is:

The only Anti sway you need is a properly loaded trailer and tongue weight, everything else is superfluous (best case) or causes more problems than it solves (worst case)
