Autel scanner

I registered with autoauth and logged in with my autel elite scanner then connected to my 2020 ram 3500 and was surprised that I didn't even have access to any settings ex:country codes,tire size,or manual dpf regen absolutely no menu to access anything ,I can do some bidirectional testing ex door lock switch ect..and I can read and erase codes but that's it anyone have info on why ?? Is it just to new and they haven't developed the software yet??

Potentially two possible issues come to mind. Make sure the serial number of your Autel is properly registered with autoauth. Second, do you have the latest software version on the Autel. Looks like the FCA Security Gateway Access feature is relatively new feature hence needs a recent software version. See link below:

Potentially two possible issues come to mind. Make sure the serial number of your Autel is properly registered with autoauth. Second, do you have the latest software version on the Autel. Looks like the FCA Security Gateway Access feature is relatively new feature hence needs a recent software version. See link below:

All updates were done and the serial number has been checked 3 times lol

You may need to find the official technical support of Autel scanner to see the vehicle model coverage
