Are Power wagon shocks an upgrade for a standard 2500?

I was browsing the for sale section and saw a member selling stock power wagon take-off suspension. I was wondering if the PW take-off shocks alone are an upgrade for the regular 2500 (CC/SB/Hemi) or if they are not worth the effort.

I'm not planning to lift or level, and would likely be buying Bilsteins in the spring anyway
