Just in time for a 14 day spring break trip. Finished up the ARB fridge box. Aluminum with a orange topo wrap. Still need to add one more water rotopax on order. Decided to go Wavian for some spare gas if needed. Fit right next to that 37 on the AEV carrier. Been pretty awesome to carry over all the stuff that was on my Landcruiser.

The ARB wasn't practical on my Raptor with a single Yellow Top, called for voltage constantly.
But...it is god awful hot here in Summer. It's awesome in the solar powered lil' trailer.

I'd like to have one of them but wondered how hard it was on the batteries with the truck off.
Did it do good with the truck running?

Nicely done. What did you make the fridge box out of? Any detail pics of it?

It did great while traveling, but if stationary any length of time it would flop out.
It has three levels of battery protection, I think...ran it on medium IIRC. So, it will only pull a battery down so much before lighting up and quitting. Dual and isolated batteries would no doubt be better.
It will run 100% duty cycle all night on the trailer's very deep battery setup and all day on less than the panels provide, works super..will freeze an entire quartered antelope /small deer and especially nice for freezing fish and stuff on extended runs.
Not intending to hijack a thread..just relaying experience RE: trying to have popsicles for the kids while afield in the truck, nope.

So I added a secondary battery. 100w panel on RTT, BCDC 1225. Also wired in a SAE plug for a solar blanket when the top of the tent isn’t in a spot facing the sun. Also as a backup I’ve got a Goal Zero 500x. That ran the fridge before in the previous setup.

Aluminum. Couple bare pics. It’s just two pieces. For the bed side I utilized the Rambox rails.

Heck yeah...a 100 watter will run it by itself in good sun

Very nice. Did you use a press brake to make the bends?
Well. What I used was a brake my brother had built for doing small material. I’ll tell you it took both of us, full weight in to make those bends on that aluminum. After this we are talking about a redesign. Brake pictured.

That's cool. I've been looking at the SWAG Offroad press brake kit for my 20t press. I've got some brackets I want to make and a couple of aluminum shelves, but the shelves are too wide for my press :(
