2019 ram 2500 bighorn, 6.4 4x4, 26,000 Km ...
Let me start by saying I love my truck, but damn it’s falling apart ... not including what’s been warrantied, 3 hub caps, the plastic box rail covers and as of today the glove box door handle ... I wrote off a 2010 1500 4x4 4.7L and I decided rather than spend the money upgrading it for the off-roading I do to get to work sites, I’d get a 2500 ... so far it’s been pretty decent hitting the bad roads, but man what the heck is going to come off next that the dealership will say I have to pay for out of pocket ? The box rails they said it looked like the tabs snapped, charged me $200 to glue them back down (then I returned a week later and made them warranty the glue because they were coming off again), the hub caps I stopped buying after tossing my second one, and now the glove box handle they said that I need to buy a replacement that snaps onto the mechanism. What the heck ? Same roads my 2010 1500 drove without rattling apart
