I saw this on pattonfab's website. Couldn't find it for sale there. Any idea who makes this tiedown or where I can order? Thanks

I can't zoom in but it looks like black anodized L-track (aka logistics track or airline track). Like RPS1030 said Mac's sells it, so does McMaster and a bunch of other places. It's basically an industry standard like E-track is.

Northern Tool sells this set up too. Spend a few extra nickels and you could get the black anodized. There are many other pieces that can be used with the "rail" that is the base. It's like the Lego of securement. Now you're not mooring the Queen Mary but...
