Just picked up a 2026 Durango GT w/ the 5.7 AWD to supplement my RAM. I'm interested in other owner experiences with the Durango. This is my first 5.7, had challengers with the 6.4. I feel it's always an unknown going into a Stellantis product, but I really want to enjoy this Durango. This is also my first AWD vehicle. Is the Durango rear wheel drive biased until there is slippage in the front? Also, is it true if one tire go down, you have to replace all 4 so tread depth is equal?

2025 Durango here. I think your being told BS about all 4 tires being replaced due to 1 replacement. These are not true 4 wheel drive but rather awd. Yes- the system senses slippage at each wheel but unless your combining bald tires with 1 new one there should be no problem. Now if the axles were locked there could be problems which our Durando don't do.
I only have the 3.6 but it goes up our Colorado mountains great.
I was sold on the Durango after seeing my son's awd with 200k and no problems.

We have a 2016 RT (5.7 Hemi then). It's been a reliable vehicle for us. We had the bolts break on the exhaust manifolds, other than that, just normal maintenance.

23 r/t tow and go model here. Only 13k on it but no issues either.
