Annoying noise when going down the road

Anyone have a rattle seem to be the panel where the 4wd buttons are. Happens when roads are bumpy. Drives me nuts. Push on that little panel and it goes away. Any fix?

I don’t have 4wd buttons but I don’t have any rattles there.

Actually, come to think of it, my truck quit rattling. I never did anything. The dash probably all melted together

How do you pull it? Take whole dash apart?

I believe they have tabs that snap in place but not 100% sure. Maybe someone else knows for sure.. Anyone
