Hi all! I am a fleet manager at Chapman Dodge in Scottsdale, AZ. Please let me know if you have questions that aren't being answered on here. If I don't know the answer, I will reach out to one of our dedicated Stellantis reps. Andrea @ AZ Fleet Sales. Com. For anyone who hadn't heard, pricing is out. Some made mention that they have been told that the pricing on their build is guaranteed. Just to let you know, build pricing is not set in stone until invoiced, which occurs when released from the plant and shipped. Although we hope for the best, we have seen a change once in a great while. And, with steel going up, chips in shortage, and transportation challenges, we are questioning how pricing may change in the next 16 weeks while our orders are produced. The only thing I suggest is to keep checking with your rep who ordered it. I make it a habit to give updates to my pre-orders at least once per week. I hope that helps. I'd rather alert you about worst case and deliver best case. ;-)

LOL, funny to see a local dealer on here who has been charging full MSRP, and even adding an ADM in some cases, concerned about other dealers pricing. I've been to your dealership and had your attempted gouging and decided to go online with an honest dealer and a $10k+ savings, why support local when they don't support you?? It's also funny that this is also your first post...

Myfast70, did you speak to fleet? Talk to me? There is currently in stock inventory or incoming units we are required to sell at msrp or even above. Why? Because every dealer is nearly out of inventory. Sadly, I have no control over that. True fleet accounts with fca numbers have even had Stellantis take away their discount for the same reasons. One competitor has 25 new cars in stock. But, what I can tell you is that I try my hardest to earn your business and complete satisfaction, and I'm not in it to sell you one vehicle once. I do hope you will give us another try. Have a wonderful day.

PURE GREED, that's why! Plenty of other dealers in the nation that are not charging ADM's, your dealer is taking advantage of people and the current market, no one requires you to charge an ADM, especially the manufacturer! Sorry but an honest out of town dealer already earned my business but thanks for the reply and have a great one too!

I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience with what sounds like the retail department. I'm elated that you found a dealer that was able to assist you. When your truck arrives, if you ever have any questions about how to operate any feature, or if I can help you in any other way, please let me know. Whether you buy from me or not, I will always be here to assist you.

Me too, as it's pretty sad how the industry is as a whole. Purchasing a new vehicle should be one of the most exciting things to purchase yet it is one of the most dreaded things to buy! You literally have to go into a mental mode that this is going to be a long drawn out day with constant fighting back & forth over pricing, then having to bicker about finance rate then warranties and finally every little BS nickel & dime crap option that you want to charge for that no one asked for but use as bargaining power and additional leverage. And then when your 6-9hr day @ the dealership is done you literally feel like you just stepped out of a 10 round fight and your spent mentally & physically

I appreciate your offer for help, truly! I just wish I didn't need to talk to a fleet person for a better deal, I should be able to walk in, talk to anyone for your best deal and not have to play the games dealers play

MyFast70, I hope I have the pleasure of speaking with and/or assisting you in the future. Now back to the topic at hand and ordering 2022 Ram Trucks... What is the difference between Tow Mode Camera and Trailer Surround View and how do they work? Go!....

Funny part is that I've already sent you an email almost 2hrs ago at 6:27am and have still yet to get a response but yet you've been able to reply here, see what I mean... It's not like you knew it was me reaching out via email. I am done with this banter, back on topic!

So how about them camera's!

I will bite. I need an out the door quote on a 2022 RAM 5500 Laramie Cab and Chassis. Please PM me for my email and I can provide you the build configuration that I am looking for.

Grow up. No dealer responds to an email sent at 6:27 am within 2 hours. You didn't like their prices, so you bought from another dealer. Great. Move on and stop being childish.

Appreciate you coming on here. I don't think its really fair to be attacked because because of association, unless that individual knew you personally. Please remain on the forums since I don't know too many fleet managers posting on here. It's nice to have you.

That is so sweet of you. I am still here.

Nice build, almost exactly like the one I ordered. I was going to do a Laramie, but when you load one up, its price gets near Limited. I love the paint color, just went for night edition instead. Sandi told me she hoped delivery would be September, but if this last year has taught me anything, that's probably optimistic. I'm debating getting a calendar and putting an 'X' on every day. :D

You very well could see this in September. We just got a letter from Stellantis telling us production on 2500/3500/4500 and 5500 trucks and chassis is estimated to begin 7/26/21. (1500s don't start until November). :)

Thanks for the help Andrea. Glad you are sticking around. I placed this order on May 7, and didn’t think about the Center Stop Lamp / Cargo camera until just now. Can you tell from my build if it is included in one of the packages, or am I SOL???
I will look at the package details in the morning and get back to you. ;-)

I certainly don't want to rock the boat if you have already ordered through Sandi or elsewhere. But, if anyone needs a quote a little closer to your home state that is very competitive, I would love to show you what we can now do. [email protected].

Just wondering why Mark dodge would go 12% off msrp ? That's way under cost
It took me a while to figure out, as well as convince my dealership of the benefits. I will be happy to explain it to you if you reach out to me re this or any other questions you may have. I'd love to help you.
