AMP steps don’t work after battery change

Pop and re-seat the inline fuse coming off your battery’s positive terminal to reset the steps after you have installed the new battery.

Another bit of info, on my brother's truck the plug and play cable that connects to the OBD port that triggers the steps went bad and caused the fuse to blow for the OBD port.

Didn't even realize there was a fuse, it was a real head scratcher for a couple of weekends. Even spent money on a new control box that wasn't needed.
