I have a 2022 Ram 2500 Bighorn. I recently purchased a security module bypass cable from Kaodtech (Make: RAM Bypass Option: 2019 - Current HD (2500/3500/4500/5500)), an OBDLink MX+ OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner, and AlphaOBD. I have been able to lock the doors and see all the current settings on the vehicle with no problem. I have NOT been able to make a backup of the current config. I go to: RAM 2500 -> Body Computer -> MY2022+ PowerNet -> The little car icon on the bottom right -> Backup vehicle Configuration to file and nothing happens, it just hangs. My I please have some guidance? Thanks in advance!

Try this:
Engine Log/Record (settings data):
You need to connect to the engine module and actually read the engine status,
then, while your status log is populated, click on the tools up top and upload
the log.

To upload the vehicle’s System ID (BCM) Information to PC’s Google Drive:
1 Go to the "Tools" icon in the upper right corner.
2 Select "Upload to Google Drive", it will ask you to link to Google Drive.
3 Link your Google Drive to AlfaOBD.
4 Select "Upload to Google Drive" and "Upload Faults and Status Log".
5 Select "Body Chrysler Info".
6 Name the file to upload whatever you wish.
7 Now you can go to your Google Drive and read the system info a little easier.

FYI - For viewing the information directly on the app:
Connect to the “Body Module” and make a connection
Go to the bottom and select the “Battery” icon
Select “Read System ID”. It then populates the screen.
