All the hoopla over the new engine and trans - does anyone know what transfer case survived?

Cursory parts lookups indicate maybe the 44-46 case is used unlike the AISIN combo that used the heavier 44-48 case.

Anyone crawl under their 2025 and look?

I haven’t heard of any issues, just not as strong. The BW’s have had a great reputation since they were introduced, even on tuned trucks.
