Aisin Snap Ring Repair

My 2022 Rm 3500 just had the snap ring failure repair at 5400 miles and the tech at the dealer was kind enough to show me what the failed parts looks like. Mine had to have the K-1 kit as well as the K-2 hub. If you have a failure and are stranded, you’ll be on your own to find a dealer that has parts or you’re in for a long down time. Ram Care is a joke, incompetent people with zero knowledge of customer service.

Ram care is basically a social media team to connect owners to dealerships that are hesitant to do so otherwise. They have no technical training and have openly come out and said so.

Mine is scheduled to go in for the repair on Monday. No failure yet. I am a September 22 build so after looking at the analytics on the spreadsheet I called to make the appointment. I was hoping to let the techs get some experience before I took mine in but my options were either before or after a planned camping trip....chose before. I hope they put that **** back together right!!
