Aisin snap ring failure.

I got a call from a Ram serviceman saying they are being pro active . they are going to pull the trans and fix the snap ring. #23- 065 service bulletin. Canadian dealer.

It sounded like all Ram dealers were doing this. He was from Campbell River but said Courtenay Chrysler could do my truck. Seeing I was taking it there for grid heater fix.

Truck built in July 2022. trans 2F4729 June 2022.

Picked truck up at Comox Valley Dodge .Grid Heater recall complete.23-065 Rapid Response Transmittal (RRT) must be performed. " Aisin snap ring" Serviceman ordered part should be in one week. Will fix trans then.
