I went for a test drive today to test airing down and airing up with my onboard air system. To air down, I removed the valve stems. To my surprise, the air velocity coming out of the valves was very slow on all wheels, and they were all the same. Is there an extra safety valve in the TPMS system? Maybe I have the wrong wheel sensors? To my knowledge, they are still stock, but I have no idea because I bought the truck lifted. If anyone has a part umber to some high flowing TPMS valve stems please let me know. Here’s a picture of me airing up, which went decently quick.
