The rocket scientist that prepped my truck removed the air suspension sticker on the back window. Dealer say it was meant to be removed. Told him nope. Said can’t find part number. Anyone know where to source this decal? Thanks folks. Yes I am OCD. LOL

The sticker will be on your build sheet.
It is on the build sheet. That is what I told the dealer. I gave them the number that LateToTheParty posted and told them to order it. Appears the parts folks at my dealership didn't try very hard. Pretty disappointed that they tried to get around it by saying it was not meant to stay on the truck but was for shipping purposes only.

It's disappointing that it's so difficult for some folks to admit when they screwed up, fall on their sword and do the right thing to correct the issue.

I think they hope the customer is dumb enough to believe their BS. Pretty sad.

My window sticker was mint when the truck came off the hauler. My window sticker has no lower left corner plus a few inches after johnny prepper got done having his way with it. I specifically asked my salesman that it be treated nice as it had my name on it and could be the only vehicle I ever order. Yeah, maybe it's because I didn't take their expensive warranty and paint gimmick.

What a cheap line of BS.

What person involved with shipping it would care about what suspension it has?

Actually the suspension is relevant to shipping since an air suspension has to be in “shipping mode” so the compressor doesn’t try to fight the tie downs.

The resident rocket scientist at the dealership that i bought my truck from apparently scraped the defroster lines on my 2020 Limited's rear glass while trying to remove some glue residue. Off course i didn't see this when i got the truck, discovered it the next day, and of course the dealer denied damaging the truck. It's been a year long battle to get that window replaced that is just now happening (I hope) by my local dealer.

Some dealers are such idiots!!

I lucked out, took mine in for an oil change and the service gut noticed I was missing a hubcap, I said the one on the other side fell off too, right after my last oil change here. When my truck was finished the guy told me he ordered the 2 caps free of charge. Kinda wish I would have bought my truck from them.
