Air Suspension and unequal heights at wheel well

Does anyone know how the 2019 Ram air suspension works to maintain bed height? The reason I ask, I had an airbag blow (replaced under warranty) and since this occurred, I'm seeing a height difference (measuring from ground to wheel well) at the left and right rear sides. The measurements are not consistent but are roughly 1.5 inches different between the two sides and sometimes they are equal (when on level ground). The dealer has replaced both rear air bags and checked for air leaks but the difference is still occurring. So I'm starting to thing its the Air Suspension Control Module (ASCM)
The question - is anyone familiar with how this module works? Does it sense bed level (or unlevel) and adjusts the air bags accordingly? Does it measure the height from the ground to a sensor and adjust the airbags accordingly? Do they work independently?
Any clarification from your experience would be appreciated.

2500 or 3500?

I'm only familiar with the 3500 and only from what I can see which is a sensor arm on each side of the outer frame rail inboard the leaf spring pack. AFAIK, those are the only sensors used to adjust level and side-side.

I have a 2016 RAM 3500 DRW CUMMINS. Have the same issue as the OP. Been trying to figure how to adjust the right side = to the left. I'm still off 1.5 in. I had the bags replaced, and even tried adjustable linkages in rear. Still 41 on left, and 39.5 on the right. I have a truck camper on top.

Thanks.. I have 1.5 inches difference without anything in the bed.
The odd things about seeing this difference, I do not see it when parked on level pavement but it shows up when I'm parked in my driveway, which has a slope front to back.

I took mine to three different dealerships in an attempt to adjust...not any luck. i replaced the air bags, checked the air lines and o-rings..all good. And then i installed some adjustable links in the rear - funny thing is, no change in height after adjustments. I suspect somethings in another part of the system is having issues. I heard of similar issues with GEN5s. I wish i could find an expert on this system that could troubleshoot/diagnose properly. Venting here.

Make sure your alignment is correct. Not Dodge correct, Thuren correct. The factory range for "in-spec" is terrible. I'm having a similar issue with my 2020 Ram 2500, I noticed the truck was leaning to the passenger side by over an inch front and back, after fixing the alignment I noticed there has to be something up with the Track Bars, as the wheels look to be an inch closer further out on the drive side vs the passenger side they sit an inch further in. I'm waiting until I can get under and measure to see how big the difference actually is.
