I have a 2015 ram ECO DIESEL with air ride suspension. I replaced the rear shocks, then took it to a mechanic to replace the front units as they are air shocks. After he replaced them, the air ride wasnt functioning correctly and the rear was jacked way up and i got a "SERVICE AIR SUSPENSION" NOTE on my dash. Did he miss a step replacing the fron shocks? I saw online somwhere you need to disable or turn off the air system before lifting.
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT, THE LOCAL DEALER HAS THEIR SERVICE ON AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND AFTER 4 HOURS AND TWO PHONE CALLS THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME.....GRRRR
