When I purchased my 2022 2500 with 6.7 Cummins I also purchased an extended warranty and maintainance pkgs as well. Now I’ve cancelled both and will do all my own maintenance. My question is, is there other manufacturers of grid heater relays for this truck ?

Probably not. And if there is, it will be lesser quality than what you already have (if that’s actually possible haha)

Not what I’m hearing, seems Banks is synonymous with quality parts and standing behind their products. The short time I’ve been on both RAM FORUMS, I read a lot of complaints about dealers. The fact that your advocating the opposite makes me question just how much RAM really cares

Banks does not make a grid heater relay they only make a intake horn with a grid heater relocation. Not the same thing.

Yup....like @H3LZSN1P3R said....you're talking about 2 different things.....the recall is for the relay that sends power to the grid heater that the Banks stuff takes care of.....

Yea I was talking about the relay. The fix is in the works, patience is tough for something that can cause a large monetary loss, just unhook it for now if it’s a large concern...
