Is there a way to use this if the back of the OBD2 port is already packed with wires??????

If the OBD port is fully loaded with wires, that means an aftermarket OBD splitter of some sort is plugged into the factory OBD port, and the factory one is tucked up away from its original mounting location.
Unplugged the aftermarket OBD from the original one, and proceed like normal inserting the wires for the procal into the original port.

I just checked my personal truck. It has room. I was worried from what I read somewhere online who had a loaded truck. I'm good to order one. Putting Carli leveling kit on 35" ridge grapplers. I didn't even think about the tpms sensors warning and speedo so I'm a little behind, but ordering it today so I'll have it ASAP to fix it all

You may be thinking about the green colored junction box thats full, my 2019 limited had openings. I just used the AEV ProCal, it works great

Its just beginning! Quick tip on adjusting tire pressure. The instructions says wait for two honks, dont! Wait for the brake warning to flash twice. Tire size is honks. Tech guy informed me this, after my dash lit up with lots of warnings. Easily fixed but now you know ahead of time

I will remember that. But I do wanna ask. Do I just look up ridge grappler real size in inches. And use that number or measure when it's on the ground with running pressure off the truck. Or measure in front while it's set at 45psi and with the weight so it's kind of smashed down and measure best my eyeball can do and hae that as tire settings. What's gonna be the most accurate for speedo

I ordered Carli leveling kit next day I droge this one 2 weeks ago. This one has the air bags in back so it was a little more from carli. Prepping for Saturday install reading about alignment. I'm confused on why my caster bolts on my driver side is at the straight down setting. And my passenger is turned to the one notch towards the rear of the truck from bottom center mark. And Carli said it should be the same. So I'm wondering why or who did it. But per Carli install, I'm changing them both to match and go 2 notches to the rear of the truck on caster bolts

If they are ridge grappler 35/12.5-17 set it to 33.5 and you will be spot on. The inventor of the pro cal told me psrk on flat cement and measure from ground to center of hub and x2. He actually used my truck sorting out the procal snap for 2020 trucks as there was a little snafu with working on 2020’s vs the 2019’s. Also set psi threshold to 35

They are 35x12.5/18. But it's probably the same. I'll measure just for fun when it's on the tires and psi at 45 front. Rears might be a tad taller as it's not engine weight. Do we measure front or rear?

Front

I would suggest you measure while mounted, full weight on them. My 37x1250 Recons measured 36.4/5ish mounted so I entered 36.5 and the speedo is dead on according to GPS. Since every truck is slightly different, I think its best to measure. Its easy, straight edge on the top of tread and tape measure from the ground to straight edge. Tire Pressure will also effect this slightly. Now that I lowered mine it 36.3 but the speedo is still accurate.

Do you have a 2500 with rear air ride? Thats the kit Im thinking of for mine. I was going to do Thuren as I liked it on my other trucks but once I factored in rear air bag spacer, its $100 within the Carli system. Curious to hear how you like it

I'll find out tomorrow. Plan is it finish it up tomorrow and take it to alignment end of day to get 0 toe and double check my caster is around 4. I'll let post update on here or I can message you once all said and done. The only thing I won't have installed until Sunday night is the high mount stabilizer that is being delivered tomorrow night.

I'm assuming I'll have a lot of play time with he stabilizers psi. Lower and high mount. I have no idea if they are suppose to be same psi as each other or they can be different as long as the truck is tracking straight. I know whatever direction the truck pulls. That stabilizer will have to be higher psi to push I'm assuming

Installed the “SNAP” today, no issues & set TPMS @ 35 psi & calibrated tires for 35’s. Ride is so much better with lower psi in tires, worth all the money.

They sent me chrome caps for my machined wheels. I didn't like the chrome and machined being to close. So I bought black ones after the fact. I didn't know they have machined cap??
Great looking rig man! How's the ride? We have a similar set up with wheels.. I got Methods brushed center caps, looks cleaner than the black ones. Should give them a try, I think it'll look great with the chrome/polished set

It rides really good. Pretty dam smooth. I'm currently trying to find a place local with nitrogen because I have my lower mount a little low and I don't wanna be on the threshold of

70psi operating so I want to get it to 90. But gotta find someone local to me that can do it

They have kind of goldish tint but I think they look great compared to the black only due to our chrome trim. If we had more black trim it would work, at least in my opinion.
