We have a 2022 RAM 2500 pulling a 2023 Flagstaff TT that has a Furrion Observation camera installed by the dealer. When the Furrion monitor is plugged into the 12 v outlet on the dashboard, and out headlights are on, the monitor picture is perfect--but our truck display screen goes dark and no amount of adjustment helps. Furrion suggested we purchase an adaptor to plug into a USB port, but that hasn't helped. Unfortunately, there's no power source except in the front of the cab. Has anyone else had this problem? Suggestions welcome! (FYI--When our truck lights are off, both systems work fine.)

Your Furrion camera on your TT is powered by the lights on the trailer. So you trailer lights have to be on for your camera to work. There is a dial on the dash next to your lights knob that you can turn all the way up when you lights are on during the day to make your displays brighter.

Thank you so much for your response! I feel like the world's biggest idiot to miss this, but in my defense, the steering wheel blocks that dial completely. Found it, hooked the trailer up, turned the camera on, and voila! We have a working camera monitor and best of all, a working display screen! So grateful, but now I'll go eat crow.....lol!
