Additional Bed Lighting

Not sure if this should be here or in 'Interior'... anyway...

Looking to add additional lighting in the bed, the cap blocks the CHMSL lights and while the two in the corners are nice, if I get the swing boxes they will be useless as well.
Thinking of installing some LED Strips under the bed rail and along the top of the cap and then tapping into the existing wiring for the cargo lights; that way they come on/off with the either the button it the cab or in the bed... anyone know if this will cause an issues/problems?

I also plan to add a few under the bedrails and power them off the existing bed lights. I've had LED lights from LUX Lighting on my jeep as rock lights and they've been awesome. Super bright and they have magnets integrated into the design to mount to any metal surface.
