I have a 2022 Big Horn 2500. I see stuff all over for the 5th Gen 1500s but not much in the 2500 "4.5 Gen" -

I did have all this in my 2017 2500 no problem. So, with my BASIC 6 speaker system.

I think all I need to do is disable or de-pin the ANC 4 wires which appear to be under the dash by the E-Brake.
But I am also hearing I may need to run some sort of resistors if I splice/remove the speaker wires going to the speakers.
in my 2017 I had a harness I was able to cut up and take the output of the factory uconnect into a LOC. Then from the LOC - RCA to AMP and then AMP speaker output back to behind the dash and into the speaker wires that lead to the doors. Was pretty simple.

Has anyone added an amp for the doors and replaced speakers yet in 2021 or 2022? I would assume they are the same??

I have already replaced the dash 3.5" with no issues. I am waiting for it to cool off here in Arizona before I attempt to install my 5 channel AMP, 4 6x9s and 2 10" subs.

It appears it piggybacks to the original amp. I assume you'd still have ANC then. Is there a replacement amp you can use without it?

To use the Amp Pro you need to disable ANC with a PAC bypass harness or depinning the mics. The only way to pull the amp out of the truck would be to use a DSR1, but iDatalink does not yet have everything for the '22s. If I ever decide to swap my Alpine amp out I'll go the DSR1 route myself. Since it's been driving my Skar 3.5"s and CDT 6x9's fairly well I may end up just going the amp pro route if and when I decide to do subs.
