Has anybody pieced together the power panel behind the center console to provide power to the rear passengers? See photos, but it looks like you just pop the cubby panel out and acquire the proper 12v power receptacles and the right pop-in panel. Does anybody have the part numbers already? I'm getting ready to install my Ham Radio in the console, so it'll be a good time to add the 12v power back there while it's out.

Following - I have ordered an outlet and cover but don't have a real plan yet. Mine is a Tradesman, so no console, and the middle panel is different.

This is what my 2024 Tradesman looks like. If necessary, I will make a cover for that whole little cubby and put it there. I'm hoping to add a 12v outlet and a USB charging port.

Outlets came in today. These appear to be matches for the 12 volt outlet on dash and the USB that is inside the console (Not a full console in the Tradesman, but the part of the armrest that opens when the back seat of the jump-seat is folded down. Is there a real name for that?)

It will be two or three weeks before I have time to dig into this. I think the wires are routed under the driver's seat and up into the jump seat for the USB, and I'm hoping to tie in there somewhere. While I could fit connectors onto the backs and heat-shrink them, it would be nice to have plugs that fit. Can anyone point me to a source for those?

Wiring harnesses are different between trucks with a full center console and those with a jump seat, and the 110v plug/USB plug parts may be different as well but I can't be sure. There are other threads about this if a guy wanted to take some time to dig into it.

If you don't have any 110v plugs in the truck, you'll need the inverter that sits behind the radio. The wiring harness under the center console/jump seat will need to be changed to the proper one, or at least have wires added to it for these functions.

Another thought is whether you'd ever like to add heated rear seats - that would also be a different wiring harness that includes the above mentioned plugs too.

Many different scenarios for this mod, so likely each person will have different experiences.
