Add anti-spin?

Does anyone now if you can add the anti-spin rear differential to an 18 2500 that was shipped without it?
 
You can, but it won't be cheap. If I was going that far I'd just put in a true air or e-locker.
 
Thanks. Does anyone know how doing this would affect the factory warranty ?
