I have a 2024 5500 Laramine that didn't have adaptive cruise from the company what parts do I need to add it.
Also wondering if its possible to add lane keep assist

Not 100% sure you can add this type of stuff aftermarket, seems like computer issues will need to be addressed not to mention getting a different steering wheel that has the button for ACC. Good luck on your search.

It would require at a minimum the steering wheel buttons but @Jimmy07 should be able to steer you in the right direction.

What you want to do is extremely complicated, if not impossible. There are several computer modules that are needed to do what you want, sensors in the grille, mirrors and tail lights. Honestly, I'm not sure you could add it to your current truck. The equipment (parts) alone would be cost prohibitive, not to mention the wiring, modules, windshield and calibration. My guess (from dealing with this technology) would be at least 20k IF it could be implemented into your truck - sorry, not trying to ruin your idea..................

Several people have added it to their trucks, but there have also been a good number who have so far been unable to get it to work, and a solution has not yet been found. There’s a long thread on it here:
