A Couple Upgrade Questions

Good day! I was researching a couple different accessories for my 2021 2500 Limited and wanted some opinions:

1.) Tailgate lightbar - It seems the most popular is the Putco blade, but just saw they have a Putco Freedom Blade with more lighting options. Anyone tried the Freedom Blade? Looks like slightly more involved in the wiring but still seems to be all plug/play.

2.) Intercooler guard - Everyone appears to go with the CJC, but was also looking at the Godz Mfg (https://godzmfg.com/products/godz-mfg-2019-ram-2500-3500-intercooler-skid-plate). I could not find anyone on the forum running this one, I kinda liked the option for the built in block heater plug. Anyone have this? Pros/cons vs CJC?

I've got a buddy with the Freedom Blade on his AT4X and it doesn't look bad if that's the sort of thing you like. Personally I usually just retrofit the led clearance lamps from a dually on my rams, but haven't done so on this one yet. godzmfg has a plug and play kit so you don't have to setup the wiring yourself or source all the parts (like the nutserts). - https://godzmfg.com/products/ram-light?variant=41900404441241

I ran the CJC guard until I went with an aftermarket bumper, however, if I lived in a colder climate that required the block heater I would've gone with the godzmfg. IMO the biggest difference there is the target market - CJC being in SoCal whereas godzmfg is in Colorado where it actually gets cold.

I like some of the godzmfg stuff and have some of their parts on my todo list like their bed stiffener kit as I forsee myself hauling alot more on top of my diamondback hd this coming year (planning to do some reno work on the house) and their bed power kit as I've been eying a dometic cooler/slide for camping.

Hey, sorry for the late reply here, we have been off of here for a while for no good reason LOL.

Our intercooler guard is similar to, but has some differences when compared to CJC's version. Both guards use similar materials, 1/8" aluminum plate and steel mounting brackets. As you noted, our guard does integrate a 3-prong plug for the block heater in colder climates which is something unique to us. That being said, we also offer a non-block heater option as well.
