A couple of gripes regarding body fitment

My tailgate doesn’t line up quite right on the driver‘s side. the First picture is a normal close, and the second is more of a slam (Which looks better, but not perfect). Also, not happy with the top of the fender alignment on the driver‘s side. The top pic is the driver’s side fender which is not aligned properly, and the one below the passenger which looks ok.

Does this seem too picky? It seems a little worse in person than it is in the pictures.

Seems a persistent issue with some of these. I have pictures posted of the poor quality of the front bumper fitment. I did get the dealer to correct it and the response from the body shop manager was "if you want good fitting body work, buy a GMC" so even the attitude of some of the dealers matches.
Have you taken this to the dealer to review?
 
On my tailgate, I have to shut it really hard or it will do the same thing.

Having owned a couple GM products that had uneven body gaps galore, and looked like they were painted with a roller, I'd say your body shop manager has breathed too many fumes. GMAFB

*edit* tried to quote Trooper when he asked if I had taken it by the dealer. Somehow I screwed that up :-(

How's the alignment of your box with the cab? Many are out by more than a little and are quite noticeable.
