My 2018 i bought used had Nav on it. A while back my nav disappeared. I cant seem to get the radio to do anything when i try to hard reset it. I can access dealer mode and get the info on it but it has nothing for the nav in it. Tried to get the updated firmware and when i type in the application number of my current it says its not valid.... ive done everything and cannot figure this stupid radio out.
