8.4 deletes saved preset channels

So I save all my preset Sirius channels in my 8.4 and then days later I turn the truck on and they are all erased. Anyone else have this issue? And no, battery was never disconnected.

Yup, pretty common issue on the 22 trucks. Supposed to be addressed in an upcoming software update that should happen automatically over the air.

This is for the 12.0 screen. The 8.4 uses a different software version.

my 22 8.4 uconnect does the same. sometimes it deletes them all, sometimes only 1 or 2 of them.

Mine does it also. Talked to my dealer about it and they said there was no current fix for it but they do know about it and are working on it.
