7 way trailer connection in bed not working

Went to plug our 7 way trailer light connection into the bed connector and it doesn't work. We plugged into the bumper connection and it works fine. Any ideas why he bed connection wouldn't work?

I had an issue with mine on my 2020 3500. The trailer connector was loose on the in-bed connector. But fine on the bumper connection. I belt the pins on the bedside out slightly. Made for better electrical connection and all is well now.

Tried my multimeter, plug is definitely not getting power in the bed, all the wiring everything looks hooked up. Is there any fuse or something I could be missing?
