7 Pin Plug in Bed from Factory WITHOUT 5er Prep?

I feel like I've answered all of my own questions about the truck that should be arriving some time this week, but I can't figure out if any trucks come from the factory with the bed 7 pin if you did not get the prep group. I guess to ask another way, do you have to get the factory 5er prep to get the bed 7 pin? The truck in question is a 3500 Longhorn if it makes any difference.

My bed came with this plastic plate and I might try to see if I can install the Mopar Fifth Wheel / Gooseneck Wiring Harness (82212195AB) through it. @Brutal_HO identified it as the location for the OEM 120 Vac connection.

Following... Do you think you can extend or duplicate the 7 pin connection from the bumper?
 
Mine has my second plug there for trailer camera I believe . But maybe it's the 120 volt plug now that I look at it closer.

This is the second truck I've seen on this forum with the 115V AC plug in the bed. Does anyone know if this is an easy add on for the 2019-2020 2500's? Our 4Runner has a similar plug in the cargo area and it's extremely useful. I found the plug on Ebay but not sure how much wiring and modification it would take to retro-fit?

We discussed it in a thread that I can't recall right now, but I seem to recall the factory install wasn't feasible, due to lack of BCM support I think. But yea, Jimmy would know.
 
I don't think I would waste my time doing a rear 120V at only 400W. That won't even run my blender err.....power tools...

The inly time i have used my 115V in the cab is when im on my way to a job and i forgot to charge up a couple of my M18 batteries so i plug my rapid charger in

Similar for me. I have used the in-cab one for my laptop, recharging M12 batteries and running my ARB fridge. None of which I would do in the bed since I have the in-cab 120V already.
