6spd Aisin AS66RC vs 6spd Aisin AS69RC

Hello guys,
Trying to configure a new truck and I come up with these two options for the six speed tranny.
Any idea how they compare, pros/con of each?
How about the 8 speed? Thoughts?
This would be a 2022 3500 4x4 gasser, dually, cab and chassis. Getting a flatbed to carry camper.
I do have a quote from Marks dodge and waiting on another. Trying to iron out details.

If you are going with the 6.4 your choice is between the ZF8 and the AS66RC.
The AS69 goes behind the Cummins.

Gassers don’t get the Aisin only the Ho Cummins does.

AS66RC is a Chassis cab Hemi trans.

Optional in the 3500 CC Hemi, standard in the 4500/550 CC hemi trucks.
